We are looking for an Administrator to be based at our Offices in Stroud.
The role will involve:
- Providing administration support to the Community Wellbeing Service.
- Taking responsibility for updating and maintaining client records on the database.
- Arranging assessments and appointments for the team.
- Providing service information to clients and partners contacting the service.
The post holder will play an important role in supporting the Community Wellbeing team who work across Stroud and Berkeley Vale District. We work with a person-centred approach to ensure we meet the needs of the individual and to maintain the individual’s independence.
A key part of the role will be the ability to deal efficiently, professionally and courteously with clients, members of the public and external agencies contacting the Community Wellbeing Service.
We would like the successful candidate to have a flexible approach to team working, as well as the ability to manage their own time effectively. Candidates should also have a ‘can do’ approach along with excellent communication skills.
