Fixed Term Contract – up to 18 months (maternity cover)
This is an opportunity to join the Facilities, Repairs and Maintenance Team in the role as a Business Support Assistant. You will work alongside other Business Support Assistants and Works Planners to provide business support services to facilitate the team’s administration.
You will have excellent attention to detail, processing invoices onto our in-house computer systems for payment to suppliers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external enquires through face to face contact or via telephone or email.
Experience in using ICT systems including e-mail, data bases, excel spreadsheets and bespoke information systems (Orchard, Keystone & First touch).
All individuals are expected to be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their job and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of their job and their level of responsibility.
