This is an excellent opportunity to develop a wide range of Business Administration Skills associated with delivering excellent customer service and gain experience to help you achieve either a Level 2 Customer Service standard or a Level 3 Business and Administration Qualification.

Your main duties will include being the first point of contact to our customers dealing with a wide range of housing related enquires. You will be required to deliver a first class and professional service demonstrating excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with our customers.
