We are currently looking for a Customer Services Apprentice to be based in our Customer Services Team at Legion Way, Hereford.

Connexus aim to resolve as many queries from customers at the first point of contact, therefore our Customer Services Advisors need to have as much knowledge as possible of the organisation and how it operates.

As a Customer Services Apprentice you will work towards achieving a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services or a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Whilst working towards this you will work alongside our Customer Services Advisors in our aim to resolve every communication from customers to the highest possible standard.

Our Customer Service Team is going through modernisation as part of our recent merger between Herefordshire Housing Limited and Shropshire Housing Group. The aim is for the customer service side of the organisation to offer as many forms of contact for our customers, including, by phone, email, live chat, and self serve applications and portals. Therefore an interest in ICT is advantageous for this role.
