The successful applicant will deliver Bridge Building Services as part of our Mental Health & Wellbeing Services in the community. 

You will work across the geographical area of Stroud and Cirencester district supporting individuals to access mainstream resources within their local communities. The successful applicant will need to be experienced in delivering person centred and strength focused services that enable and empower individuals to build links and networks within their local communities.

You will also be committed to co-production and social inclusion with a desire to work towards reducing stigma around mental health.

As a Bridge Builder you will need to be ‘goal and outcome focused’ with the ability to support the development of comprehensive action plans. You will have the ability to offer a highly flexible approach to the customer within your working hours.

You will form part of the Wellbeing Team receiving referrals, carrying out triages and full assessments and will develop excellent relationships with the client group.
