We are currently embarking on a new and exciting project to deliver Enablement, Care and Support Services across Herefordshire.
Our enablement service involves supporting people in their own homes by delivering care and support to ensure that people maintain their independence. This role will involve providing all types of care and support depending on their individual needs and following a full assessment.
If you have a caring nature and the ability to build positive relationships with people, then we would like to hear from you. Candidates should have the ability to be flexible to cover a range of working hours.
A driving license and own transport is essential, as you will be required to travel across Herefordshire, for which mileage costs and travel time will be paid.
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and will be employed by the Independence Trust, part of the Herefordshire Housing Group.
