We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Worker to supervise our Care Team based at Henffordd Gardens, along with our enablement workers who deliver services countywide in Herefordshire.
The role involves providing support to individuals to actively manage their own independence, whilst supervising and supporting the Care and Support Workers
The successful applicant will work in a person centred manner and offer a highly flexible approach to the service user. Strong communication skills and experience in problem solving are essential, as well as previous supervisory experience.
Working hours will be on a rota basis to cover a contract that is delivered seven days a week, between the hours of 07:00hrs to 22:00hrs. The role will also require participation in an “on call” team rota approximately two to three times a week.
Applicants will also need to have a full driving licence and use of their own vehicle – mileage and travel time will be paid.
