The Customer Services Team based at our Head Office at Legion Way in Hereford is the first point of contact for our customers. Working as part of a busy team; you will be the first stop for our customers.

You will have a flair for delivering excellent customer service with previous experience in a customer service environment equipping you to fulfil this role. You will be helpful, tactful and display a real understanding and desire to get things right in customer interactions through various different mediums including phone, email, live chat, social media and face to face.

You will deal with a range of housing and service related issues, including taking payments, processing repairs and providing advice and assistance on all enquiries.

This service operates 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday so a flexible approach to work is essential, as well as good ICT skills, an excellent telephone manner and desirably an understanding of social media.
